Most fitness programs start with what you'll do. This one starts with who you already are.
2 Corinthians 5:17 doesn't say you'll become new if you try hard enough. It says the old has passed — past tense, already done. Everything here is built on that. You're not training to earn an identity. You're training out of one.
Here's the framework, and then exactly what the weeks look like.
How It Works

R — Reckon. Identity before activity. Romans 6:11 uses logizomai — an accounting word. Reckon means to count as true what is already on the books, not to talk yourself into a feeling.
E — Establish. Rhythm before intensity. Programs don't fail from lack of effort; they fail from lack of order. We build a week that survives a bad Tuesday.
N — Nourish. Fuel, not fear. Food is not a moral category. We set structure you can keep, not a diet you'll abandon.
E — Exert. Resistance first. Strength is the training stimulus that protects everything else — bone, metabolism, and how you'll move at seventy.
W — Walk. Nobody does this alone. Hebrews 10:24 says to provoke one another toward good works. Accountability is not surveillance; it's someone noticing.
The Five Pillars
What Working Together Looks Like
1. A call. Thirty to forty-five minutes. Where you are, what you've tried, what's actually in the way. Free, and if 517FIT isn't the right step I'll say so.
2. An assessment. Movement, strength baseline, schedule, and what your week can realistically hold.
3. Your program. Progressive resistance training, nutrition structure, and a plan built for your season — not a template with your name on it.
4. Weekly check-ins. We adjust. Miss a week and you get a reset, not a lecture.
